Västersjön is located on Hallandsåsen about 15 km northeast of Ängelholm in the county of Skåne. The lake is a varied lake that is part of the Rönneå water system. The lake is part of a valuable natural area where the forest forest is prominent.
The character of the lake holds a mixture of plain lake and low-lying forest lake. The bottoms of the lake are varied soft to hard with a lot of sand along the edges. This along with the relatively clear water makes the lake's vegetation varied. Västersjön has an area of 480 ha and the maximum depth is 13 m, the average depth is 4.8 m. Västersjön generally has good water chemistry.
The lake has a good fish stock of pike, goose, perch, sutter, brax and eel. In addition to our fine fishing waters, we can also offer boat rentals, one of which is adapted for disabled people. There is a lift for boarding and boarding at the pier.
