There is now a ban on salmon fishing in Klarälven. All salmon caught must be immediately released regardless of the condition of the fish.
- Klarälven: grayling fishing, but also trout fishing in early summer.
- Lill-Skärsjön, S.Havsjön, N.Havsjön, Kvarnsjön, Västersjön, Östersjön: trout fishing, but there is also perch in these.
- Mellansjön: trout, char and perch.
- Höljessjön, Skärsjön, Örsjön: pike, perch.
- Bredsjön: rainbow trout NOTE! Bredsjön is included in regular fishing licenses from 29 June 2026 and until further notice. This is due to the County Administrative Board's rejection of our application to release fish into the lake.
- Lomtjärn, Fiskhustjärn, Husman: trout.
- Varån: trout and grayling.
- Höljan: trout, in the lower part pike and perch.
