Ängersjö FVO is located in the southeastern part of Härjedalen. Here there are forests, mountains and many bodies of water. The area is equally suitable for the whole family because several lakes, in addition to good fishing, also have nice beaches.
There is a road to most of the water and also windbreaks with the possibility of grilling. After many years of renaturation measures, the stream from Ljusnan at Ängra up to Kvarnsjön is free of migration obstacles. Late evenings are the best for brook trout, so use nymphs.
Pay attention to the various swarms of insects under the trees along the streams, the trout are often there.
