Revsundssjön is a lake between Herrevadströmmen and Gimån and is one of Jämtland's richest fish waters.
The fishing license also includes some tributaries and tributaries. The lake has a very varied character. There are also a number of exciting side waters for sport fishing.

The association manages: Revsundssjön, Märlån , part of Herrevadströmmen up to the bridge, Dövikssjön and Fjälsjön.
Leased waters have their own rules and prices.

Revsundssjöns Södra FVOF

We practice active biotope management in our waters.

In 2024, we have continued with the release of Arctic char and Arctic char roe. Released fish lack an adipose fin so that we can follow up on whether the roe release is successful.

A test project with the release of trout fry has been started and is being followed up with electric fishing in one of our streams.

We have a number of boat ramps in various locations around the fishery conservation area, as well as an accessible pier at the outlet of Herrevadströmmen.

Do you need to rent a boat? Revsundssjöns Södra FVO has 3 boats for rent, one at Prästgården in Revsund and one on Ammerön at Storsands Wilderness Camping. The third is located at the inlet of Gimån (Stavrebygget 110).

YOUTH CARD

In 2025, 4 gift cards to Kjellbergs Motor in Bräcke will be raffled among the young people who submit fishing reports. These are worth 500 kronor each.

At Herrevadströmmen there is the "Nya Ström Museum", which provides good information about rafting and fishing in that area.
