Nässjöortens FVO offers unique fishing in three lakes located centrally in Nässjö. All three waters hold large pike and plenty of whitefish. There are also perch and carp. As the lakes are centrally located, you are never far from any of the city's many cafes and restaurants. We strongly advise against eating fish from Lake Runnerydsjön and Lake Ingsbergsjön
There is a boat launch in Lake Runnerydsjön but it is not possible to park there, no exceptions. There are three fishing piers in Lake Handskerydsjön; two on the north side and one on the south side.
Measures in 2026
* Three new piers have been laid out on the west side of Lake Runnerydsjön. Reeds have been planted at the fishing piers and the NW cape.
The number of fishing licenses sold continues to increase, especially youth licenses (free of charge) and thanks to this we have been able to invest in these measures.
