Svartegöl is a put- & take lake located 3 km west of Vissefjärda, on the road to Långasjö and Kroksmåla.
The lake has an area of about 3.3 ha and an average depth of about 3-4 m, with a maximum depth of about 8 m.
There are 8 piers around the lake, 3 of which are adapted for disabled fishermen, and the path to the piers has also been improved. The toilet is also adapted for disabled fishermen.
The fish that is stocked in the lake is rainbow trout weighing 0.5-3 kg, which is stocked 3-4 times per season. We focus on quality rather than quantity, which means fine fins and strong fish, and the fishing can be considerably more difficult than what you are used to for rainbow trout fishing. The lake is limed regularly to ensure a stable and moderately high pH value. Also keep in mind that rainbow trout are cold water fish and are most active when the water temperature is between 12-18 degrees, when the water temperature reaches over 20 degrees the activity and appetite decrease significantly and make fishing even more difficult as they may stop eating completely until it gets cooler again.
Parking about 50 m from the lake, otherwise there is also weather protection, barbecue area and toilet. Please read the rules before fishing
