The area extends along Helge å in the scenic Snappehanebygden, from Ryfors and about 20 kilometers down to the municipal border between Hässleholm and Osby municipalities in Hästbergadamm. Here, trout are abundantly released, suitable for fly fishing! A special exempt fishing stretch is Hallarydsforsen with its own rules and reservations from the road bridge at Betel and Hembygdsgården about 500 m downstream to where the river turns away from Osbyvägen. see map.pdf
The area also includes Brokasjö, Norresjö, Svartasjö, Vitasjö and Kroksjön.
Hallaryd Visseltofta FVOF manages the fishing on a stretch of the Lillån from Ryfors out into the Helge å and downstream to the municipal border Osby-Hässleholm in the Hästbergadammen, as well as Brokasjö, Svartasjö, Vitasjö, Norrasjö and Kroksjön.
There is a barbecue area at Kornberga mill and Visseltofta Sports Complex.
