A collaboration between five fisheries management areas following the Hårkan water system, with a common fishing license.

The fisheries management areas involved are: Valsjöns FVO, Föllinge Kyrkslätt FVO, Sandviksjön Edsforsens FVO, Nedre Hårkans FVO and Litsbygdens FVO.

NOTE! The card only applies to fishing in the Hårkan water system and not in other waters belonging to the above fishing conservation areas. The fishing card is a development of the previous canoe fishing card.
