Rules for fishing in Unnen
The fishing license entitles you to fishing with hand gear, trolling and with fishing nets for ice fishing, max. 10 fishing nets per person.
The framework for fishing concessions within Unnen's FVOF is set in § 6 under rules for fishing in the association's statutes. These read as follows:
§ 6 The association shall permit fishing within the fisheries management area through the sale of fishing licenses to the public. Decisions on allocation must not conflict with Section 8 of the Act on Fisheries Management Areas. The license can refer to all fishing except crayfish fishing. The detailed conditions for sales are decided annually at the ordinary fishing meeting.
Current leases
Currently, the association only allows hand gear fishing for the public. This also includes angel wings (10 pcs).
Fishing license for hand gear fishing
The fishing license (license agreement) entitles you to fishing with hand gear, trolling and with fishing nets for ice fishing, max. 10 fishing nets per person.
Fishing license for net fishing and longline fishing
The fishing license (licence agreement) does not apply to net fishing, longline fishing and crayfish fishing.
Fishing regulations
Those who hold a fishing license must comply with the following regulations decided by the association: The fishing license is personal and may not be transferred.
The owner has the right to sport fishing with a casting rod and fly rod, trolling (Max 4 rods per boat, and max 2 rods per card), angling and pimping and 10 anglers on ice.
The holder of a family card has the right to bring family members. Youth under 16 fish for free on the same terms without a card.
For zander, a maximum size of 75 cm applies, all zander under 75 cm must be taken, but the maximum number is 10 zander per fishing license and day.
For trout, a maximum of 2 fish per boat per day applies. A minimum size of 50 cm, all trout under 50 cm must be released unconditionally, regardless of condition.
For pike, a minimum size of 45 cm applies, fish below this size must be released again. The maximum number of pike that may be kept is 2 per fishing license per day.
