The fishing license for Pörjalamptjärn is also valid for fishing in Kämelänstjärn. However, a maximum of 3 rainbows/trouts may be taken per fishing license.
Fishing for salmon and trout is prohibited from September 15 to October 14.
Fishing for grayling is prohibited during its spawning season throughout the month of May.
Fishing with a hand-held fly, reel, spinning, met, or pimpel rod is permitted.
Kämelänstjärn is reserved for fly fishing with a fly rod.
Net fishing and otter fishing are prohibited.
Fishing from a boat is prohibited in Lalamptjärn and Pörjalamptjärn.
Fishing from floating rings is allowed in Pörjalamptjärn on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
When fishing in Lalamptjärn and Pörjalamptjärn, mashing and the use of synthetic scent baits such as Powerbait and rum are prohibited.
If you have caught 3 fish that are valid for your fishing license, a new fishing license must be redeemed before you can continue fishing. If this is not done, it is considered illegal fishing and must be reported to the police.
Minimum size: Salmon 50 cm.
Trout in Mjällån and Viksjöån 35 cm.
Trout in other waters 25 cm.
Inspection fee applies
Mjällån's Fishery Protection Association applies the option of charging a control fee to anyone who does not follow the fishing rules that the association has decided.
When collecting an inspection fee, a uniform fee of SEK 500 is applied, which applies to all violations of the rules.
