Generally:
Anyone who fishes must always be able to present a valid fishing license.
Identification must be presented during inspection.
Children under 16 fish for free with a guardian.
Fishing season:
Fishing is permitted throughout the year.
The fish species mentioned below are protected during the following times.
Salmon ban: 1/9 - 31/12.
Trout ban: 1/9 - 14/10.
Grayling ban 15/4 - 31/5.
From 1/8, fishing is prohibited 24.00 - 06.00.
Methods:
Both fly fishing and spin fishing are allowed.
Jerk fishing is prohibited.
Fishing with otter and net is also prohibited, also fly casting with more than 3 flies.
Not allowed to use lead or other sinkers.
Catch Limits:
Max 1 trout & 1 salmon per person per day.
Salmon minimum size: 50 cm
Grayling minimum size: 35 cm
Trout Window outlet: 30 -45 cm.
Trout under 30 cm and over 45 cm must be re-released.
Other rules:
Wrongly hooked fish must be released dead or alive.
Hook : Max 12 mm between hook tip and shank.
Maximum weight spoon pull 45 gr. and Bombarda 45 gr.
Stress the fish as little as possible.
Moisten your hand before gently unhooking the fish and letting it swim away.
