Sport fishing is permitted in all waters of the fisheries management area all year round. The exception is fishing in flowing water during the spawning season for grayling April 15 to May 31 and for trout September 1 to October 31.

General provisions:

• Fishermen must be aware of the applicable laws and regulations and regulations and rules issued by FVO as well as the area's boundaries.
• Sport fishing may only take place with sport fishing gear, maximum one rod carried per card holder.
• The fishing license is personal and cannot be transferred
• Fishing license and identification must be carried when fishing and shown to supervisors/fishing right owners on request.
• Keep nature clean, take your rubbish home and put out fires!

Fishing rules

• Minimum trout size 30 cm in Fågelsjön, Fågelvatnet and Israelvatnet. Minimum grayling size 30 cm in Fågelsjön.
• Boats may be used for sport fishing in Lillvattnet, Fågelvattnet, eastern Sakrisvattnet and Israelvattnet. Only the fishing association's rental boats may be used. Boats are available for rent, tel. 072-0678522. Boat license SEK 100 per day
• You may use your own boat in Fågelsjön.
• In Lillvattnet and Deepvattnet with shared ownership, the fishing license applies to the entire waters.
• Prohibition on fishing with live baitfish, otters, longlines, beach hooks, net gear
• Mashing is not allowed.
• Prohibition on fishing in flowing water during the spawning season for grayling April 15 to May 31 and for trout September 1 to October 31.

• Children and young people under the age of 18 receive a free fishing license on presentation of identification

Fisheries supervision

• In the event of a violation of fvof fishing regulations and rules, a control fee of SEK 2,500 is charged.
