Fishing rules for Hynsjöarnas FVOF 2022

The fishermen All fishermen must have a fishing license or fishing license (including fishing right holders). Cards / certificates must be available and on request presented to fisheries inspectors or fishing right holders.

Conditions for fishing right holders Fishing right holders with family fish free of charge on fishing rights certificates. Free fishing with hand gear may take place throughout the area on the same terms as for fishing licenses. Fishing with moving gear may take place within the parcel's waters. A maximum of five moving tools (net, net, Russian, etc.) may be used simultaneously. A maximum of 50 m of net may be used.

Movable gear Fishing with moving gear (nets, Russian, etc.) is prohibited in the canal between Norra and Södra Hyn and 50 meters outside the mouth in Södra Hyn. The tools must be clearly marked with name and telephone number.

Young people Young people up to the age of 15 can fish freely with hand gear in the area. Applicable rules must be followed.

Annual card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Day passes apply to the specified calendar day

Weekly card is valid for 7 calendar days with start specified date

Trolling card is valid on a specified day or 7 days and gives the right to fish with four trolling rods

Competition applies to associations or the like and an unlimited number of participants for a maximum of five hours. Only fishing rod, throwing rod or pimple.

Conservation period for pikeperch Fishing for pikeperch is not permitted during the period 15 May - 15 June. Applies to hand tools and moving tools.

Maximum dimensions for pike. Pike exceeding 100 cm must be carefully re-released. Applies to the whole area.

Minimum and maximum dimensions for pikeperch Pikeperch less than 45 cm and more than 65 cm must not be retained but must be carefully re-released. A maximum of 1 (one) pikeperch measuring 45-65 cm may be taken per day and a fishing license.

Grass carp All caught grass carp must be released.

Crayfishing All crayfishing is completely prohibited according to the current action plan

Fishing licenses are valid for Södra Hyn, Acksjön, Sörtjärn, Abborrtjärn, Norra Hyn and the rivers at Hynsjöarna up to Ängebäck. Fishing in Norra Hyn is prohibited except for fishing right holders during the period April - October. All fishing must take place with regard to housing, wildlife, etc. Fishing licenses are valid for a hand gear (fishing rod, sinker, trolling rod, casting rod and the like).

Boat fishing Fishing from an anchored or mobile boat is allowed.

Inspection fee In case of violation of Hynsjöarnas fvof's fishing rules, an inspection fee of SEK 500 is paid. When fishing without a valid fishing license, a police report is made.

Change of rules During the season, the board of the Hynsjöarna Fisheries Conservation Area Association can change the fishing rules if necessary.

Rules as above apply from 22 04 01. Holders of older annual cards can fish according to the conditions they were purchased according to until the cards' validity expires.

Exceptions from rules in individual cases are decided by the chairman, in doubtful cases after consultation with the board. Exemption from individual rules can be granted to the board and / or chairman of the test fishery or other measures that benefit the fisheries conservation area.
