GENERALLY
1. Fishing permit: Personal permit for fishing according to current regulations, obtained by redeeming a fishing license via iFiske.
It is forbidden to start fishing before the fishing license has been paid. If someone is found without a valid fishing license, a control fee of SEK 700 can be charged.
The fishing license must be carried during fishing and must be presented at the request of security or supervisory personnel.
In severe ice or snow conditions, fishing may be suspended. In that case, this will be announced via iFiske and on Facebook.
2. Fishing methods: Traditional spinning and fly fishing is allowed, also angling with a top-knotted line.
3. Boats and float rings: It is not permitted to use a boat or float ring when fishing within the area.
4. Catch registration: Reported via iFiske.
5. Cleaning of fish: Only permitted at cleaning tables. The cleaner is disposed of in the designated bin. No fish cleaner may be thrown into water or surrounding nature.
6. Fire: Only permitted at designated barbecue area.
7. Littering Prohibited

FISHING RULES.
8. Jerk fishing, mashing and swamping of fish is prohibited.
9. Rules for operating fly fishing: Fly fishing only means fishing with a traditional fly fishing rod, fly reel, fly line, fly hook and fly. All use of bait on the flies is prohibited, e.g. Powerbait, shrimp, worm, maggot and the like. Fishing may only be done with one rod at a time. Wading not allowed.
10. Rules for conducting spin fishing: Spinning and reeling equipment is used here. Spinners, spoon pulls, wobblers, jigs or so-called spinning flies are used as bait. Fishing may only be done with one rod at a time. Wading not allowed.
11. Intentionally or unintentionally mishooked fish, hooked in places other than the mouth or throat must be unhooked with the greatest care and immediately re-released. Fish that have been mishooked so severely that they are clearly going to die must be euthanized.
12. Allowable catch quota: 2 rainbows per fishing license. For extra children's licenses, 1 rainbow per fishing license applies. After the quota is filled, the fishing license is used up and fishing must be stopped immediately! ATTENTION! All trout must be reintroduced with the utmost caution!
13. Rule changes: Changes or additions to the rules can be made during the current season. In that case, these are posted at iFiske, Facebook and the notice board. It is up to you as a fisherman to keep yourself informed about current regulations for the conduct of fishing.

BREACH OF RULES & FORCE MAJEURE
14. Violation of rules and Force Majeure: Anyone who breaks the applicable rules, or otherwise behaves in a disruptive manner, may be banned from further fishing in Norra Gullabo's Hunting & Fishing waters. Violation of rules, which results in a revoked fishing license, does not give the right to fully or partially recover the fee paid. The same applies to force majeure, eg ice or snow obstacles.

Violations of established rules will be reported to the police. Littering also counts as a violation of the rules.
