Rules

The fishing license must be worn clearly visible.

Fishing licenses issued via the web must be presented on a mobile phone or as a printed SMS/email.

It is the duty of every fisherman to observe the applicable regulations as follows:

1. Fishing may not begin until the fishing license has been issued. A fishing license is required for everyone over the age of 15. Young people under the age of 15 may fish freely during the period: 1/4 - 31/8.

It must be clearly stated that identification must be carried and must be able to be shown by the young person.

In addition, young people under the age of 15 may fish "freely" in the company of a parent who has issued a fishing license. Thus refers to the 1st Saturday in February – 30/9 for valid Day Passes, Season Passes and Annual Passes.

In this case, a common catch quota applies.

2. Fishing may only take place downstream of the car bridge in Nymölla and on a marked stretch in Bromölla.

3. Fishing is only permitted from and including the first Saturday in February through September 30.

4. During the entire season, a fishing ban applies from the car bridge in Nymölla to a marker approx. 100 m downstream as well as a marked section in Bromölla at Collins mill.

5. Salmon & and trout smaller than 55 cm and larger than 80 cm must be re-released .

6. Max 1 fish (salmon, trout) per person per day. After 1 fish killed, fishing must end. This also applies to parent/child fishing with a fishing license, ONE (1) killed fish ends the fishing. If, on the other hand, you choose to put back caught fish, you can continue your fishing. Then the fish must be handled carefully, unhooked in the water and not damaged by lifting and air exposure. During the month of September, all Trout and Salmon must be returned/released back, regardless of condition!

It is then permitted to fish with a drag or fly that has only/maximum ONE (1) treble hook!

ATTENTION! This also applies to fishing with wobblers!

The hook must be of "normal" size and the distance between hook tips must not be greater than 20 mm!

Larger treble hooks on drag or fly will be interpreted as JUMP FISHING, by the Inspectors!

7. Eel fishing prohibited.

8. Fishing may only take place with one rod per fisherman.

9. Fishing may only take place from land and by wading. Fishing from boats and footbridges is prohibited.

10. Jerk fishing is prohibited.

11. Littering is prohibited.

12. Salmon, Trout, Rainbow, Goose and Pike do not belong to the catcher until it is registered. Also released Trout and Salmon must be registered. Registration takes place in the iFiske app and/or at the parking lot in Nymölla and at Möllan in Bromölla. Fishermen who do not register the catch after fishing will be immediately suspended from further fishing in Skräbeån.

13. Fishermen who behave in a disruptive manner by the river may be suspended from further fishing, as well as fishermen who break other rules. Seizure of catch and gear can also take place.

14. We apply an inspection fee of SEK 800 in case of violation of the association's rules.

15. All poaching is reported to the police.
