The fishing license entitles you to sport fishing in Västsjön, Västsjöån, Mellsjön and Mellsjöån.
Fishing rules
The annual pass is also valid as a family pass. "Family cards are valid for a maximum of two (2) adults with their own children.
A child is considered even a person who has reached the age of 16.
Family cards only apply to family members who live at home and for accommodation at the same residential address.
A family consists of cohabiting married or cohabiting couples or cohabiting persons who have registered their relationship and of their children, of either parent together with their children.
Family also includes married and cohabiting couples without children, as well as people who have registered their relationship and who do not have children.

1. Sports fishing gear with a maximum of 3 hooks.
The following fishing gear is permitted: Fly rod, spin and reel rod, dragline and pimpel rod. Only one fishing gear may be used at a time.
Other fishing gear or fishing methods may not be used.
2. The fishing license is personal. It must be carried while fishing and on request presented to the police, fishing inspector or fishing rights owner.
3. Family discount: Children under 16 fish for free but only in the company of a guardian who has a valid fishing license.
4. Minimum size of caught fish: Noble fish 25 cm. Caught fish under the minimum size are carefully released from the hook with moistened hands and carefully returned to the water.
5. Fishing ban: During the period 1/9-31/10, there is a fishing ban in flowing water, as well as in lakes within a distance of 200 meters from inlets and outlets.
6. Keep nature clean, don't leave litter and waste in the fields, take it home or to the nearest rubbish collection point.
7. For fishing in connection with travel by snowmobile or other all-terrain vehicle, regulations in law or regulations issued by the county administrative board apply.
