Fishing rules for Rådasjön FVO:
BASIC RULES 1:
Membership cards can be redeemed by the person who owns fishing rights within Rådasjön's fvof or the users who appear in the statutes.
Anyone who lives or has a summer cottage within the homestead included ifvo f. is also counted as a member.
Anyone who was a member of the old association when the area was formed is also counted as a member.
The fishing rights certificate must be paid to the treasurer before fishing begins or no later than May 1 of the current year.
If the fee is not paid on time, the person concerned loses the membership and must apply for a new one or prove the fishing right.
The application for membership is submitted in writing to the chairman of the board.
All fishing licenses are family licenses, i.e. cover cohabitants including children under 18 living at home.
The card must be carried when fishing and shown on request.
The card is valid for all kinds of fish and for the gear permitted by law except for net fishing. A member who wishes to have the fishing license sent home must notify the treasurer, who will arrange this against costs incurred.
A member who has caught implanted fish (sea bream, rainbow trout, char, eel and trout) must notify the treasurer of this at the end of the fishing year.
This information is valuable when assessing future investments.
Gear that is outside must be marked with the membership number and must be marked so that they are not damaged by other fishermen.
Gear without a membership number can be picked up by the fishing inspector and handed over to the police.
According to a decision at the 2020 annual meeting, net fishing is prohibited in Lake Rådasjön until 2025.
Vases may be displayed, but must be clearly marked in this case.
