Rules for fishing within Ytterberg's FVOF
All fishing without a valid fishing license is prohibited. The fishing license is personal and cannot be transferred.
Limitation of 3 fish per day card applies to all stocked waters, not natural stock
The fishing license entitles you to sport fishing with a hand tackle, fly casting with a maximum of three (3) flies is permitted.
It is forbidden to fish with nets, pole hooks, long lines, nets, otter, mullet, Russian and jerk fishing
Exception: Persons residing within the boundaries of the fisheries management area have the right to fish with nets and seines in certain larger lakes but NOT in planted waters.
It is prohibited to fish from a boat, floating ring or other floating vessel in planted waters within the fisheries management area.
The boating ban does NOT apply to waters with only natural populations of whitefish
Fishing for crayfish or mussels is prohibited.
Peace hours :
During the period 1 April - 15 May, fishing for grayling is prohibited.
During the period 1 September - 31 October, fishing for trout is prohibited.
The fishing ban applies to flowing water as well as lakes and seals within 200 meters of outlets and inlets.
Individuals of protected species that are caught during the prohibition period must be immediately put back in the water.
Minimum dimensions:
Trout, Trout, Grayling 25 cm
Too small fish must be put back in the water immediately.
Minimum size does NOT apply when brook fishing for Trout.
Ytterberg's FVOF can decide on temporary fishing bans in certain waters.

Inspection fee:
In case of violation of the above rules and prohibitions, a control fee is charged.
Mild misdemeanor, control fee of SEK 800
Fishing at Ytterbergs FVOF's set rules regarding violations of these.
Serious misdemeanor, control fee of SEK 4,730 (10% of base amount in 2020)
Fishing at Ytterbergs FVOF's set rules regarding fishing bans in all waters. Fishing from a boat, flotation ring or other floating craft and using net fishing, seine or Russian in planted waters. Exceeded number per fish per day card. Current is 3 fish per day pass.
During the inspection, the supervisor must show a clearly visible badge of office, identification and appointment issued by the County Administrative Board in Jämtlan County

Planted waters:
Lillaåsjärn, Light järn Sjuartjärn, Storjerustjärn and Stortjärn Good fishing trip by scenic waters
Maximum of 3 fish per card per day.
Max one fishing gear at a time.
FISHING FROM A BOAT, FLOAT OR OTHER FLOATING VESSEL IS PROHIBITED

1 year pass is valid for all persons registered at the same address and is NOT valid in planted waters
For day passes in planted waters, 3 fish per day pass applies, after which a new day pass can be purchased.
