Fishing plan and conditions for granting.
Respect the Allemansrätten and remember that you are a guest of the respective landowner!
A total fishing ban applies 100 m in each direction at the "stairs" in connection with the power plants at Apelnäs and Bosgården.
It is also forbidden to fish from the bridge at the exit to Värred.

Fishing is prohibited for eels, in order to fish for eels, 2 migration barriers are required from the sea, which is not met.
Salmon and trout have been exposed and reproduction shows good success.

In order to create a viable strain, there are limitations. It is permitted to take up salmonid fish between 45 and 90 cm.
This means that salmon-type fish under 45 cm. and over 90cm. shall be reinstated.
During the period 1 October to 31 March, there is a ban on fishing for trout and salmon.
Damaged fish that are not judged to be able to survive are killed and perhaps cut into smaller pieces before being returned to the water.

Regulations for fishing license buyers:
Fishermen are obliged to know the current regulations for the fisheries management area.
Only hand tools are allowed.
Cards may be transferred to a spouse or partner
but not to anyone else.
Fishermen are obliged to show a fishing license and identification for the fishing right owner or Fishing License Controller on request.
Fishing licenses that are misused can be revoked with immediate effect.
Violations of current regulations will be punished.

Annual fishing license costs SEK 100 and is valid per calendar year.
Monthly card costs SEK 50 and is valid for 30 days.
Day passes cost SEK 20 and are valid for 24 hours.
Children and young people under the age of 15 fish for free on the same terms as fishing license buyers.

Provisions for fishing right owners:
Owners of fishing rights may fish free of charge according to the same rules as fishing license buyers.
Fishing license for the property's water regarding fixed gear can be purchased. Price SEK 50 and applies per calendar year. The owners of the fishing rights shall have the right to fish by trawling after a boat.

Provisions for fisheries inspectors and board members:
Fishing supervisors and board members fish on the same terms as fishing right owners.
