Fishing in Mullsjö

Welcome to fishing in Mullsjö municipality! Mullsjö municipality offers fishing in five different fishing management areas. An exciting body of water in the municipality is the long, narrow lake Stråken. The lake is a full thirty kilometers long and has a maximum depth of thirty-eight meters. On the steep edges of the lake, there are both really large pike and fine perch. In addition, there are good conditions for successful fishing as there are plenty of bream, tench and pike, to name a few species. Other lakes in the municipality that are worth a visit are Mullsjön and Sandhemssjön. Mullsjön can be found in the middle of the community of Mullsjö, and the lake holds fine stocks of both large pike and perch! Sandhemssjön is a nice lake at Sandhem in the northwestern parts of the municipality. When fishing and staying in nature, the Right of Public Access applies, which means freedom but also consideration and responsibility. Eels are found in some of the municipality's lakes.
