Nordanstig stretches from the sea to the wilderness west of Hassela. In flowing water, lakes and ponds there are good stocks of all kinds of fish
The fishing opportunities are very good in the municipality of Nordanstig and there are six fishing areas that work very ambitiously with the development of fishing opportunities and create good conditions for recreational fishermen.
The possibilities for wheelchair users to fish are also good through the special bridges that are found in two of the municipality's "put and take" lakes.
