Fishing rules that apply to your fishing license:
- Fishing is only permitted with hand gear such as spinning, fishing, fly or ice rods and you are allowed a maximum of two rods per person.
- Fishing with nets, cast nets, gillnets, cages, longlines or similar gear is prohibited.
- It is only allowed to take a maximum of 2 approved fish from the lake per day and fishing license.
(Applies to pike, pike-perch and trout)
If additional approved fish are caught, they must be handled carefully and released back into the lake immediately.
- Fishing without supervision is not permitted, you must always be personally present with your fishing equipment in use.
- The fishing license is personal and is valid for one person only
- Children up to and including 15 years fish for free

The lake is regularly patrolled by fisheries inspectors.

Trout 1/10-31/12
Cancers 1/1-31/12
In the protected stretch of Brännhultsbäcken, all fishing is prohibited throughout the year, 1/1-31/12.

Minimum and maximum dimensions:
Pike allowed from 50 cm to a maximum of 80 cm, other Pike should be handled carefully and released as soon as possible.
Pike perch allowed from 45 cm to a maximum of 70 cm, other Pike perch should be handled carefully and released as soon as possible.
Trout allowed from 40 cm, other trout should be handled carefully and released as soon as possible.
Eels allowed from 60 cm, other Eels should be handled carefully and released as soon as possible.

The decisions above are made in accordance with §5 of the association's statutes.
