We offer good fishing for a large number of species with emphasis on pike, perch and roach. Release of pikeperch has taken place in Mjöasjön, Stora Hallången and Lilla Hallången. A stock of blue whiting occurs in all lakes except Lake Bredasjön.
Possibility to put in a boat is available in Stora Hallången, Lilla Hallången, Stora Djupasjön and Mjöasjön.

Överlida FVOF
In 1984, the County Administrative Board called representatives of the largest lakes in the Högvadsån water system to a meeting at Överlida Hotell, with the purpose of forming a fishing conservation area with all the water north of the Hallands boundary belonging to this system. An interim board was formed to continue the issue. The association was named Överlida FVO. In 1986, the Interim Board applied to the County Administrative Board to form a fishery area.
The purpose of the association is to safeguard the interests of the fishing rights holders, conduct fisheries and, not least, make our water available to the public. The goal is that everyone in the future will be able to fish in our lakes, young and old!
