General provisions - A fishing license must be carried when fishing and must be presented to a fishing inspector or fishing rights holder upon request.
- The card is personal and may not be transferred.
- An inspection fee applies. If someone who has the right to fish within the fishery conservation area fishes in violation of the prohibitions or conditions that apply to fishing in the area according to the statutes or the decision of the fishery council, an inspection fee of 1,000 SEK will be charged per violation.
Abuse in this or any other respect will result in the card being withdrawn and the person concerned risks not be allowed to acquire a new fishing license. In addition to the fishing license holder, the card also applies to the spouse and children under 16 years of age. - Allowed fishing methods are ice fishing, angling, casting and trolling (when trolling, a maximum of 2 rods per boat).
- Trolling and vertical fishing is prohibited during the period May 1 - June 30 due to the pike-perch spawning period.
- Crayfish fishing is prohibited.
- Fishing may only be conducted for your own household and catches may not be sold.
- Fishing may not take place closer than 50 meters from a pier or deployed fishing gear.
