Fishing license category 1-2-3 All legal gear, maximum 5 Russians, 5 nets during the month of May.

Fishing license category 4 Only fishing with hand gear: rod-casting-hashing-fly-and ice rod, and fishing with a maximum of 10 fishing tackle (scissors prohibited)
Outstanding fishing gear must be provided with the owner's name and address. Crayfish fishing is solved by a special fishing license (seasonal license) valid from 1 August which is available for sale at ifiske and agents in the town for all categories max. 10 Cages/fishing license per person and marked with name and address tel. no. Trolling fishing max. 6 rods per boat and trolling license. The boat must be in motion. If the boat is not in motion and fishing in this way, a regular fishing license is required for all fishing people in the boat.

When fishing in Lake Oresjön, you are allowed to have up to 2 fixed rods in the boat without having to purchase a Trolling Card. APPLIES ONLY TO LAKE ORESJÖN

The fisheries management area includes all waters within Ore parish in Rättvik Municipality, with the exception of Lillejen, part of Storejen, Skoldammen, Hyttdammen, in Dalfors and Håvasjön including Håvakilen.

The Orefiskevårdsområde's fishing license is also valid according to agreements within Rättvik-Boda's part of Draggen, Berglöming, Sötrönningstjärn, Amungen, Flytåstjärn and Långtjärn.

Within Rättvik-Boda fvo, their rules apply.

FISHING LICENSE.

Family cards are valid for spouses and children up to 18 years of age registered at the same address when fishing together.

For all categories, all children up to the age of 18 are included free of charge on the cardholder's card when fishing together. For children under the age of 18, the guardian's fishing license is valid when fishing alone.

Day passes are valid for 24 hours. The pass entitles you to fishing for your own needs, not to catching fish for sale.

The fishing license is not valid without an associated map with rules. For Put and Take fishing in Tillhedstjärn and Orekalven, a special noble fishing license is required, which can be purchased digitally at Ifiske.se or at Tempo Furudal or Furudals Camping . When notices inform otherwise, a special fishing license is not required . All fishing in Put and Take water is prohibited. Angling is permitted on Orekalven and Tillhedtjärnen when they are covered with ice. Orekalven fishing for pike in open water on a regular fishing license requires contact with the Chairman, who will issue a special certificate.

Angling in Put and Take water is only possible with a large fishing hook/Three-hook or small fishing hook is prohibited.

FISHING WITHOUT A VALID FISHING LICENSE OR NO FISHING LICENSE AT ALL IS REPORTED DIRECTLY TO THE POLICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FISHING ACT AND RELATED REGULATIONS AND IS SUBJECT TO GENERAL PROSECUTION. THE RIGHT OF COMMUNITY DOES NOT COVER FISHING IN INDIVIDUAL WATERS.

FISHING RULES.

Net fishing is prohibited in Klämtjärn, Kårsåskroktjärn, Blästjärn, Oradtjärn, Laxtjärnarna, Berglöming and also 100 m from the area at posted and marked buoys.

Net fishing ban applies to Nedersjön and Storsjön from 1/9 until the end of the year, 200 m out from the mouth of Halgån and Tenningån. From 1/9 until the end of the year, fishing ban in running trout water.

Outside Dalforsån, a fishing ban applies from the same time within a line from the island to the former rafting association's boathouse and the outlet at Dalkarlsaspen (Aspdammen).

Window outlet for grayling and trout in the Ore River is 20-30 cm from nose to tail. Where streams with trout, char, and grayling occur, only fishing with a rod, jig, or similar hand gear may be conducted. In grayling water (Ore River) fishing ban 1/1-31/5 Fishing ban for trout in (Ore River) 1/9-31/12 during this time Catch and Release applies.
In Oresjön and Skattungsjön the minimum size of trout from nose to tail is 60 cm, maximum 2 per day. Fishing in all waters is prohibited.

For the purchase of a fishing license, the following categories apply according to the regulations:

Category 2. Family members of co-owners and persons with joint ownership rights in property with land value.

Category 3 People living in the former Ore parish (today Ore parish)

Permanent employees of employers who are co-owners in the area and who can present a certificate from the employer
