The fishing license must always be carried on the fishing trip and shown to the police, supervisor and fishing rights holder upon request.
Fishing permits only entitle you to fishing with the following gear: angling, pole and casting/spinning rod, trolling (one gear per category). Crayfish fishing is not permitted.
Fishing permits are not valid for fishing closer than 50 meters from a pier or built-up beach plot without special permission from the owner.
Fishing may not take place in such proximity to exposed nets or other exposed gear that these become disorganized or damaged.
The fishing license is personal and may not be transferred to another person, but it also applies to spouses, cohabitants and children under the age of 18 if they are in the company of the fishing license holder.
The fishing license holder must respect and show consideration for sensitive natural areas that are announced, either by the landowner or by signs. Consideration must also be given to the lake's bird life, especially during the breeding season from May 1 to July 1. Boating moorings of a permanent nature may not be used without the landowner's permission.
