The fishing license is personal and only for fishing with hand tools.

A rod / person or a fishing lure after boat / person

Children under 16 years fish for free.

Netfishing, vertical fishing with sonar and crayfishing is forbidden.

Öresjö is declared as a protection area for native crayfish and therefore it is forbidden to

- use bait fish caught in other waters

- without disinfection use fishing gear, boats, machines or other objects used in water outside the area for the past two weeks
