General rules

A fishing license is required for all fishing in the lake and must be presented upon request.

From 16 years old.

Allowed methods

• trolling - max 8 rods per boat
• spinning fishing
• fly fishing
• jig
• angling
• ice fishing

Please note that all fishing is prohibited in Lake Rådasjön.

Species-specific rules

Pike-perch

Fishing ban between May 15-June 15 due to spawning .

Known spawning areas that should be avoided during this period are the Uvån inlet , Kyrkgrund and the Årosälven inlet .

Maximum two per day within the measurement range of 45-65 cm .

All walleye above and below these measurements are released regardless of condition.

Perch

Free catch, but we recommend that fish over 40 cm are released to preserve large fish in the system.

Pike

Maximum two per day within the measurement range of 50-70 cm .

All pike above and below these measurements are released regardless of condition.

Lake

Maximum one fish per day .

Red listed, which means that there is a high risk of extinction, however, there is no ban on fishing for lake trout yet, but this is worth considering.

Violation of the rules may result in fines and the revocation of your fishing license.
