Siljan, Amungen, Ljugaren, Ljusacksen m.fl sjöar
For the more adventurous fisherman, there are lovely forest stars with large trout and char to try. However, it requires some hiking. Trout fishing in one of our large lakes , Amungen and Ljugaren, can be a real highlight. These are two fantastically beautiful lakes that have their own reproduction of large adult Rockå trout. In 2020, the record was 9 kg and 9 kg respectively in both lakes.
A real gem in the area is Ljusaxen with its clear water, as the name suggests. Great char fishing in the winter and rainbow/trout in the summer. There is also a handicap-friendly ramp to fish from and the obvious slogboden to grill or eat your packed lunch.
One wish from us is that as fishermen in our waters, we care for the fish stock. Feel free to fish a lot and often, but don't catch more than is necessary.

Rättvik Municipality is located in the heart of Sweden.
Maybe it's the Classic Car Week or Midsummer Celebration that most people think about. Here you will also find magnificent scenery and wonderful fishing waters. The surrounding forests are one of Sweden's most carnivorous areas where bear, wolf and lo can be seen if you have a right trip.
Our fishing waters are many and offer great variety. Here you can fish everything from pike, perch, lake, trout, char, whitefish whiting. We also have many very nearby fishing waters in our area that are rich in both perch and pike. Here you can easily find your favorite and why not fish with the whole family.
