Lima fishing area is located in Malung-Sälen municipality. The fishing license area is large, it extends from Lima in the south up to western Sälenfjällen/Rörbäcksnäs in the north. Lima's area borders Transtrands Fvo to which, among other things, Sälen belongs. Here you will find over 100 different waters that are marked out on the fishing map. Waters that offer great variety and exciting fishing in magnificent nature. Most fishing is in ponds and lakes but also smaller rivers and the Västerdalälven flows through the area. Many different species are fished, there is plenty of trout, char, grayling, rainbow trout, perch, whitefish and fantastic pike fishing. Tisjön our largest lake, is a well-known large pike water where most pike over 10kg are caught every year and with a good chance of the fish of your life.
