About the water
Glans FVO is located in Östergötland just west of Norrköping. The association manages Lake Glan which is one of the larger lakes in the Motala stream water system. The water is rich in nutrients and provides good conditions for pikeperch. What is special about Glan is that the bottom temperature during the summer remains relatively high, about 14°C.
Boat ramps are available at Skärblacka, Ljusfors at Orga Kvarn for a fee.
Species: perch, pike, pikeperch, whitefish and eel.

Glans FVO vårdar fisket i Glan, en sjö i nordöstra Östergötland. Den ligger nordost om Roxen och väster om Norrköping och avvattnas genom Motala ström. Motala ström är också det största tillflödet, näst störst är Finspångsån. Glan ligger 22 meter över havet, har en yta på 79 km² och har ett största djup på 23 m. Den är dessutom känd för att blåsa upp väldigt fort. Sjön är huvudvattentäkt för Norrköping.
