Everyone who is engaged in fishing in the area is obliged to inform themselves of current regulations.
(It may differ between the areas)
Fishing may only be done by hand, max 3 hooks.
The fishing license is personal and may not be transferred
The fishing license shall be carried out at the time of fishing and upon request shall be presented to the provider.
Max 10 fish / day, Minimum size 30 cm in Åreälven.
Fishing ban 1 / 9-1 / 10 in Åreälven. (Harr allowed)
Children under 16 years fish for free. (By the same to the same rules apply!)
Only sports fishing on this card, thus no network, callout or long-line fishing.
