The card is personal and may not be transferred, but applies to spouses/partners and children under the age of 15 if they are in the company of the cardholder

Fishing license is not valid for fishing closer than 50m from the jetty, swimming area or built-up beach plot without special permission from the owner

Fishing may not take place in such close proximity to exposed nets or other exposed gear that these are destroyed or damaged

The holder of a fishing license must respect and be informed about conservation periods and conservation areas for trout as well as nature and bird protection

The fishing license must always be carried on the fishing trip and presented at the request of the police, inspector and the fishing right owner

Catching trout is prohibited in the entire fisheries management area from 24 05 27 to and including 29 05 27 in the entire area due to restoration of the trout stock. The annual passes purchased before this date apply with the rules that applied at the time of purchase, i.e. the trout are protected during the spawning period 16 September to 31 December
