The card:
Must be taken with you when fishing and is personal.
Applies to fishing with hand gear, trolling and 10 fishing rods.
Max 2 rods/angler, max 4 rods/boat team
Free hand-held fishing for youth up to 15 years old with a rod. (Identification required if age is in doubt)
For local residents with annual passes and fishing rights holders, in addition to the above, you must also use
2 roach huts, 1 Russian, 1 bream, longline max 100 hooks.
and a maximum of 2 nets with at least 60mm mesh post.
Local residents refer to residents and cottage owners on and along the river from Untra to the highway 76 bridge over the Dalälven.
All launched and abandoned gear must be marked with
name and phone number. Unmarked gear will be confiscated.

Fish caught from MMFVO may not be sold.

Mini-Maximum dimensions

Pikeperch 50cm - 70cm

Pike 45cm - 75cm

A maximum of 3 pike perch or pike per day may be caught.

Protected fish are Salmon, Sea Trout, Grayling, Asp and Eel.

Directed fishing for pike-perch is prohibited during the spawning season between May 1 and June 15.

Directed fishing includes bottom fishing.

The "Sniper" fishing method is prohibited all year round. That is, when you use sonar to find a single fish and drop the bait on it with the intention of getting it to bite.

Net ban in the entire area from the ice break until June 15.

Permits for fishing competitions are granted by the board and must be notified at least one month in advance.
