Recommends a fishing ban in flowing water so that trout can spawn
in peace (1/9-31/10)
Only fly fishing for grayling is allowed during this period in flowing water.
Maximum of 3 valuable fish per day and fisherman applies in Långtjärn!
Fishing for trout in flowing water is prohibited 1/9-30-31/10. Only fly fishing with a fly rod for grayling in flowing water is permitted during this period.

Note: Any bait fish used must be caught within Ljungan's water system, this is to prevent the spread and introduction of crayfish plague and other diseases.
Nets only in the lakes Aldern, Holmsjön, Havern, Kyrksjön, Mellansjön, Översjön and Öjesjön, maximum 10 nets, 6 feet deep.

Minimum size 30 cm trout and grayling caught in Haverö Kölsillre and Vassnäs streams.
