Red lakes: Only fly fishing (fly rod, fly line and fly) is allowed. A maximum of three flies may be attached to one rod. Spin fishing with floats and flies, baited or scented hooks, flies or lures of any kind are not allowed. Pre baiting is not allowed.
Yellow lakes: Spin fishing, fly fishing and bait fishing is allowed. A maximum of three flies, one lure with two flies, or one baited hook may be attached to one rod. Live fish as bait is not allowed. Pre baiting is not allowed. In Björnsjön and Skinnaregölen is no fish planted in the period 1/7-31/8 due to carp lice.

In the blue lakes, the cards are quoted with pre-bookable places. The quoted lakes are Strandgölen, Kvarkasjön, Bastasjön and Abborragölen. In Bastasjön you have the right to fish with float ring and that right is included when you buy a quota card in Bastasjön. The lakes are only leased for fly fishing. The blue fishing license also allows fishing in all red, orange and yellow lakes between 06.00 - 06.00 the date the card is valid. NOTE - a maximum of 2 fish may be caught in Strandgölen.

A day permit is valid for 24 hours from its starting time and allows fishing with one rod with a maximum of three salmonids to be killed. An afternoon permit is valid between 15.00 – 24.00 and allows fishing with one rod with maximum of two salmonids to be killed.

A family day permit is valid for two adults and their children up to the age of 15 years and with a maximum quota of six salmonids to be killed. A family afternoon permit’s quota is 4 salmonids to be killed. A week permit allows fishing with one rod and a maximum quota of three salmonids to be killed in each 24 hour period. When the permit’s quota has been reached the permit is invalid. Further fishing requires purchase of a new permit.
 

It is possible to rent a boat in lake Ibbesjön, Syd- and Nordvattnet, Rödsjön, St. Grubben. Belly boats are allowed in lake Syd- and Nordvattnet.

Use of your own boats, canoes etc. is forbidden within the area.

10 personal permits of the same kind during the same year entitle one for free.
