Littering and minor damage to piers, tables and other structures will be charged a fee of SEK 2000. All other forms of destruction and damage will be reported to the police.

It is up to each fisherman to satisfy themselves with the rules that apply to fishing in our waters.

The club has the right of interpretation in case of any rule violations.

Burning may be done in accordance with the right of public access, any burning bans etc. must be taken into account.

When fishing in our Put&Take waters Bruntjärn, Hornsjön, Tronbotjärn, Långsbotjärn, as well as in our running waters:
Fishing with sport fishing gear: Met-cast fly rod and ice stick, only one gear may be used in the water.

Ban on fishing with nets, pole hooks and jerk fishing.

Prohibition on fishing with bait in running water

Fishing from a boat or other floating craft is prohibited in the lakes, unless otherwise stated.

Hornsjön and Långsbotjärnen are closed during the autumn for winter planting and reopen when the ice has settled. When this happens, it is usually announced via the Facebook page.

When fishing in other waters within the Nianforsån and lower Delångersån Fisheries Conservation Area, fishermen not residing in the municipality of Hudiksvall are prohibited from taking and killing fish.
For these, only catch and release applies, all fish must be unconditionally released.
For residents within the municipality of Hudiksvall, fishing for domestic needs is permitted.

Net fishing in Iggsjön, Viksjön and Pappersavan is prohibited.
The pike perch is protected throughout the month of May.
In addition to the protection during the spawning period, window removal applies to the pike-perch, i.e. all pike-perch under 45 cm and pike-perch over 60 cm must be unconditionally released.

1 pike perch may be caught per day.
For pike, one per day may be taken in the 45-75 cm window, all pike over 75 cm must be released without fail.
For perch, all perch over 35 cm must be released.

From September 1 to December 31, fishing is prohibited in all running waters.

Please note that the above rule also applies to all running waters that flow into the sea throughout Gävleborg County according to the County Administrative Board's decision.

All watercourses that flow out onto the coast are areas that are protected for fishing in various ways. All fishing is prohibited from 1 September to 31 December within a distance of 200 metres from the midpoint between the two outermost headlands of the watercourse. Some watercourses have larger protected areas, such as the Delångersån and Enångersån.

In addition to our and the County Administrative Board's rules, every fisherman must be familiar with the other laws and regulations that apply to fishing in Swedish waters in accordance with the Fishing Act (1993:787).
