Fishing without a fishing license is prohibited, but young people under 16 years of age can fish freely except in Bredsjön.
Catch restrictions: A maximum of 3 trout per day/person may be caught in Husman Hemåstjärn, Lomtjärn, Lill-Skärsjön, Fiskhustjärn.
In Bredsjön: A put-and-take lake with a separate card, max 3 rainbows per card, max one card per day.
Children under 10 years of age fish freely when accompanied by an adult with a card, but a maximum of 3 fish also applies to them.
Minimum size: In Klarälven, the minimum size for trout and grayling is 35 cm.
In Höljan the minimum size is 35 cm for grayling.
Fishing ban: Fishing for trout in running water is prohibited from 1/9 - 30/11.
All salmon fishing is prohibited.
Fishing with nets, otters, scissors and angelfish is only permitted for local residents.
Fishing from any type of vessel or float
is prohibited in ponds where trout are found.
Trolling: When trolling for game fish (salmon, trout, rainbow trout, grayling), only one rod/person is allowed.
