GENERALLY 1. Fishing permit: Personal permit for fishing according to current regulations, obtained by purchasing a fishing license via iFiske. It is forbidden to start fishing before the fishing license has been paid for. If someone is found without a valid fishing license, a control fee of SEK 700 may be charged. The fishing license must be carried while fishing and must be presented upon request by security or supervisory personnel. In the event of severe ice or snow conditions, fishing may be cancelled. This will be announced via iFiske and on Facebook. 2. Fishing methods: Traditional spinning and fly fishing is allowed, as well as angling with a top knot line. 3. Boats and float rings: It is not permitted to use boats or float rings when fishing in the area. 4. Catch registration: Reported via iFiske. 5. Cleaning fish: Only permitted at the cleaning table. The cleaning is thrown into the designated bin. No fish cleaning may be thrown into water or the surrounding nature. 6. Fire: Only permitted at designated barbecue area. 7. Littering Prohibited - Rubbish/garbage must be taken away from the area. FISHING RULES. 8. Jerking, mashing and swamping of fish is prohibited. 9. Rules for fly fishing: Fly fishing refers only to fishing with a traditional fly fishing rod, fly reel, fly line, fly snip and fly. All use of bait on flies is prohibited, e.g. Powerbait, shrimp, worm, maggot and the like. Fishing may only be conducted with one rod at a time. Wading is not permitted. 10. Rules for spinning fishing: Spinning and reeling equipment is used here. The bait used is spinners, spoon lures, wobblers, jigs or so-called spinning flies. Fishing may only be conducted with one rod at a time. Wading is not permitted. 11. Fish that have been intentionally or unintentionally mishooked, hooked in places other than the mouth or throat, must be unhooked with the greatest care and released as soon as possible. Fish that have been mishooked so seriously that they are clearly going to die must be killed. 12. Permitted catch quota: 2 rainbow trout per fishing license. For extra children's licenses, 1 rainbow trout per fishing license applies. After the quota is filled, the fishing license is used up and fishing must be stopped immediately! NOTE! All trout must be released with the utmost caution! 13. Rule changes: Changes or additions to the rules may be made during the current season. In such cases, these will be posted on iFiske, Facebook and the notice board. It is up to you as a fisherman to stay informed about the current regulations for fishing. BREACH OF RULES & FORCE MAJEURE 14. Violations of rules and Force Majeure: Anyone who violates applicable rules, or otherwise behaves in a disruptive manner, may be banned from further fishing in Norra Gullabos Jakt & Fiske waters. Violation of rules, which results in a revoked fishing license, does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of the fee paid. The same applies to force majeure, e.g. ice or snow obstacles. Violations of established rules will be reported to the police.
