Irregular checks are carried out to ensure that fishermen have the correct fishing license and that they comply with current regulations.
In the event that we discover that you are fishing with too many rods, non-permitted gear or that the "wrong" fish (size and species) has been caught, a control fee of SEK 600 will be charged. In the case of serious violations, a police report is made.
If a fishing license is missing, an annual license of SEK 500/person is issued and charged without exception.
