Protection period

• Fishing for trout is prohibited from 1 September to 31 October.

Flowing water

• Lakes and seals within a distance of 200 meters from and inlets.
• Fishing ban in Norrån between 1 April-31 May.

Conservation areas

• In the case of regulation dams and specially arranged fishing roads, all fishing is prohibited 50 meters upstream and 50 meters downstream from the dam building or fishing road.

Bergögrenen

• No worm fishing in Bergögrenen, ie between Sporrsjön and Stamseleviken.
• In Svarttjärnen with a stream and outlet to Faxälven, all fishing is prohibited.

Fishing methods

• Worm bait is prohibited in flowing water in Norrån.
• For other fishing from a boat, only one bait per person is allowed.

Minimum dimensions

• The minimum permitted length of trout and char and grayling caught is 30 cm.
