In Lake Toftasjön you can fish for rainbow trout, pike and perch.

NOTE! There are many people swimming in Toftasjön and this can disrupt fishing. We ask that you be tolerant of any disruptions.

• When catching pike, please do not release it. NOTE: no other fish than those listed may be caught.
• C&R may occur but only if a single hook is used and without barbs. This applies to both fly fishing and spinning fishing.
• Sport fishing is permitted in Lake Toftasjön only, but may only be conducted by holders of a valid fishing license.
• The piers are there to facilitate fishing.
• Floating is permitted but consideration must be shown to those fishing from land.
• Fishing time is during daylight hours between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. No fishing in the dark.
• Only day passes are valid in Toftasjön.
• Children under 12 years of age accompanied by a guardian may fish for free, if the guardian has a valid fishing license. Catches are counted towards the guardian's quota.
• Only 2 rainbow trout may be caught per day and fishing license.
• Fishing may only be conducted with fly, spin and ice fishing.
• Only one fishing rod per person may be used at a time.
• Other tools are absolutely prohibited.
• Only fishing from land is permitted unless you use a float ring.
• Fishing with worms, Power Bait, corn or other similar baits is prohibited.
• Fishing from land on the eastern side of the lake (there are markings) and the islands is prohibited.
• Fishing licenses must be worn visibly in a plastic pocket on the arm if possible or can be shown on the mobile phone upon request.
• Fishermen from floating fishing grounds must come ashore at the request of the supervisor.
• Catch reporting is done online. It is important to report even if no catch has been made as it forms the basis for future fish stocking.
• Fishermen who violate applicable rules may be banned from continuing fishing. As well as possibly having to pay a control fee and legal action may be taken against the fisherman.
• Be considerate of nature and do not litter.
