The fishing license is personal. Fishermen undertake to show their fishing license, identification and all catch upon request from a fishing inspector. This includes catch placed in vehicles. Allowed fishing methods are spinning, with a cast, and fly fishing, with a fly. Fly fishing with a casting float/casting stick and ONE fly is permitted, if the fishing is carried out actively. Angling/stationary floats are prohibited. Fishermen must hold on to their rod. Traditional angling or fishing with any kind of organic bait, such as powerbait, worms, maggots, shrimp or similar bait is prohibited. The permitted catch quota per fishing license and angler is 2 salmonids. Special rules apply to annual licenses. When catching salmonid fish, report the catch directly on your digital fishing license. When 2 Rainbows are landed, the fishing license is used up and fishing must cease immediately. Continued catch and release is not permitted. Catch and release with barbed hooks is prohibited. We recommend fishing with barbless hooks (pinch the barb in). A child up to and including the age of 12 has the right to fish on an adult's card and fishing permit. However, this only applies when the cardholder is present and supervising the child. When catching pike, the fisherman is asked not to release the fish back. Violations of established rules will be prosecuted and fishermen will lose their fishing rights regardless of the type of violation, the fishing license will become INVALID. 2026-09-06 | https://www.ifiske.se/en/fishing-permit-vapenbacksan.htm?rules=2048 | www.ifiske.se |
