Glimmingen is a spring lake with a maximum depth of about 35 meters with clear water and good visibility.

As protection against invasive species such as Water Plague and Sea Gull, it is not permitted to place a boat in the lake.

Fishing from land, on ice and with a boat that has not been moved between lakes is permitted.

Entrance from highway 134 "Grönede 3", then follow the signs.

Car parking is available next to the municipal swimming area.
