Flåren FVO

Rules for Flåren's fishing waters

• Any fishing without a fishing license is not permitted.
• Bag limit for Zander and Pike applies with a maximum of 3 fish/species per day.
• All cards include fishing with hand gear and fishing from ice with a maximum of 10 fishing rods per fishing card per day.
• When fishing with an angling device, only fishing hooks may be used on the equipment.
• When trolling/trawling/fishing, a maximum of 6 rods per boat applies.
• Restrictions on fish that may be taken apply to Zander 45 cm to 70 cm. Pike 50 cm to 90 cm. Eels smaller than 70 cm must be released back.
• Vertical fishing not permitted. Fishing with live transducers such as LiveScope and others is prohibited. May not be mounted when fishing.
• Crayfish fishing is not included on any fishing license.
• The card is not valid for fishing in Årån between lakes Flåren and Furen.
• The annual pass is valid for your own children up to the age of 18.
• It is not permitted to conduct any type of fishing for commercial purposes through, for example, the sale of fish, fishing trips or similar arrangements without written permission from the Flårens FVO board.
• Failure to comply with the regulations of the fishery management area will be punished.
• The card is personal and may not be transferred. The card must be presented upon request by a supervisor, police officer or fishing rights holder.
• Violation may result in suspension from further fishing within the fishery conservation area. Fees paid are not refundable.
• In case of violation of these rules, an inspection fee of SEK 1,500 will be charged.
