Rules 2026 for the P&T card and the Kramstatjärns card
Gräningen, Kramstatjärn and Simessjön
§ 1 Closed hours:
Fishing ban in Gräningen and Simessjön 16/9 – premiere date determined by the board.
Kramstatjärn is open all year round.
The board may impose fishing bans if necessary. This, as well as the premiere date, will be announced on the website,
facebook and bulletin boards by the water. The cards are then hidden on ifiske.se and are not purchasable.
§ 1b Conservation areas:
Fishing is prohibited all year round in:
- Gräningebäcken to Vinnfarvägen.
- Gammelmyrbäcken (from Simessjön) in the first 200 m from the lake outlet.
§ 2 Minimum and maximum dimensions:
Trout and char at least 35 cm.
Perch max 40 cm.
§ 3 Fishing from a Boat or Float: * See other info.
Fishing from a boat is permitted for those who have purchased a boat license* or rent one of our boats*.
Note: motor must not be used.
Fishing from a float ring requires a float ring license.
Boat and floatation ban applies in Kramstatjärn
§ 6 Quantity restrictions:
A total of 3 fish/card may be kept for trout, char and rainbow trout.
A maximum of two cards may be redeemed/day and person.
§ 7 Jerk fishing:
A ban on jerk fishing applies in all waters within Järvsö FVO.
§ 8 Permitted fishing gear:
In the P&T lakes, fishing with one (1) hand gear/card is only permitted.
Hand gear refers to a rod equipped with a line and a maximum of 3 hooks.
§ 11 Fishing supervision:
Fishing supervision is carried out by supervisors appointed by the County Administrative Board.
Fishing license must be carried when fishing and must be issued before fishing begins.
The fishing license is personal and may not be transferred.
In case of violation of FVOF's rules, an inspection fee will be charged according to a set list.

§ 12 Other provisions:
Children under 16 fish for free.
A tow fishing ban applies in Gräningen and Simessjön.
Mashing prohibited.
Fishing of salmonid fish is not permitted for sale.
Powerbait pellets and roe are not allowed.
§ 13 Fishing permits are issued on the following cards:
P&T card: 24-hour card, valid in all three P&T lakes
Kramstatjärns card 24-hour card, valid only in Kramstatjärn
Boat card: annual card, valid together with the P&T card in Gräningen and Simessjön.
Floating card: 24-hour card, valid together with the P&T card in Gräningen and Ljussjön

Other information:
Notice boards are located at most fishponds. Please pay attention to local regulations.
Gräningen: trout, char and perch.
A maximum of 3 fish/card may be kept for trout and char.

Simessjön: trout and perch.
A maximum of 3 trout fish/card may be kept.
There are:

Kramstatjärn: rainbow trout, trout, perch and pike.
A total of 3 fish/card may be kept for trout and rainbow trout.
Fishing from shore and piers only.
There are:
- wheelchair accessible pier
- wheelchair accessible cabin with fireplace
- outdoor grill
- garbage can
- dry toilet
