Only fly fishing is allowed with a fly rod, fly line and flies tied on a single hook. Only one fly may be used at a time.
All fishing must be done from deployed locations on land.
All other methods are prohibited.
Rainbow trout weighing around a kilo make up the majority of the implanted fish. If available, a number of kilos of larger fish are also released.
Klanggölen normally opens around the beginning to mid-May and remains open until the ice settles.
The validity period is delayed by 30 minutes upon purchase. No fishing may begin before the fishing license has been received. If you start fishing before these 30 minutes have passed from purchase until you receive your fishing license, it is illegal fishing.
Fishing licenses are personal.
Important: New catch limit rules We have noticed that fish are being harmed by too much "catch and release". That's why we have changed the rules:
Every fish counts: Both fish you keep and fish you release count towards your catch quota.
Fishing ends: When you have reached the number of fish that your fishing license allows (regardless of whether you have killed or released them), you must stop fishing immediately.
Violations: Continuing to fish after reaching the quota is considered illegal fishing.

This year we are limiting the number of day pass purchases to only one per day and person.

You can buy a fishing permit to Tranås Sportfiskeförening at iFiske! All produkter (fishing permit) we sell are digital and a receipt is provided to you by eMail, to our app and as a SMS text message (option) . Sold by Tranås Sportfiskeförening (802539-4464).
Day permit
Your day pass is personal and valid for the entire selected day (00–24). You can catch a total of 4 fish on one card, but you can only keep (kill) 2 of them. As soon as you have caught your fourth fish, or picked up and killed your second fish, the fishing is over for the day. This year we are limiting the purchase of a maximum of one day pass per person per day. Please respect this.

Day cards - Family
The family card is valid for the entire selected day (00–24). The card is valid for spouses or cohabitants and children under 18 years of age. Please note that only 2 adults does not qualify as a family card, children must be present. You can catch a total of 5 fish on one card, but you can only keep (kill) 3 of them. As soon as you have caught the fifth fish, or picked up and killed the third fish, fishing is over for everyone that day.

For children and adolescents ...
Unfortunately, Tranås Sportfiskeförening does not currently offer free fishing for young fishermen. Either children / young people redeem their own day card or they are included in the family card.
