Crayfish fishing in Mälaren from and including August 16 to and including September 7, as well as a bonus day in one of our 18 lakes on the last Saturday in August between 16:00 and 00:00. Fishing is only allowed in the marked areas in Mälaren. Crayfish fishing in other lakes only applies to one evening, the last Saturday in August. A maximum of 10 implements, of which a maximum of 5 are nets (cages), the rest are rakes. A maximum of 50 crayfish, larger than 10 cm may be caught during the entire period. Keep in mind that the signal crayfish is classified as invasive and must therefore not be moved within or between different waters.
