SVEASKOG INFORMS: Fishing ban from Thursday, June 25
Due to the high summer heat, the water temperature has risen to critical levels. When the water gets too warm, the oxygen content drops drastically, exposing the fish to life-threatening stress. Drilling a fish under these conditions carries a very high risk of death, even if it is released again. To protect fish stocks, Sveaskog is therefore introducing a total fishing ban starting Thursday, June 25. The following waters are completely closed:
• Hedströmmen and all other flowing waters in Malingsbo-Kloten (natural game fish) • All yellow waters (natural game fish) • All green waters (natural game fish) • All blue waters with (natural game fish)
The ban is in effect until further notice.
The ban does NOT apply to noble fishing (red/pink water) in Malingsbo-Kloten!

The annual card is a valid calendar year, until 31 December and is valid for natural water in Malingsbo-Kloten and an adult. Not valid in Malingsbo-Kloten's noble fishing waters and Malingsbo's Family Lakes!

Annual card - Family Naturvatten Malingsbo-Kloten
The annual card is valid per calendar year, until 31 December. Applies in natural water in Malingsbo-Kloten for a family. Not valid in Malingsbo-Kloten's noble fishing waters and Malingsbo's Family Lakes!

Applies to game fishing in the area's red/pink waters, between 00:00-23:59. A maximum of 3 fish/card may be caught. Free fishing for children and young people up to the age of 15 , applies in the company of a guardian/adult/person who has a valid fishing license (on their quota)
Red waters - Spinning, angling and fly fishing (Put & Take) Stor-Krampen, Lill-Krampen, Hällsjön, Holmsjön
Valid for a family in the area's red/pink water, between 00:00-23:59. The family card is valid for one day of game fishing for 2 adults and 3 children/youth up to and including the age of 15. Family members must live at the same address. Max 6 fish/card.
Red waters - Spinning, angling and fly fishing (Put & Take) Stor-Krampen, Lill-Krampen, Hällsjön, Holmsjön
Pink water - Fly fishing (Put & Take) Bredtjärnen NOTE! Delayed validity period 30 minutes.
Sveaskogs Naturvatten offers free fishing for children and young people if they retreive a free fishing permit especially aimed at this age group. Det finns gratis fiskekort, som måste lösas, för barn- och ungdomar
