Ömmern, Ören & Närens FVOF

A valid fishing license is required for fishing in the area. The fishing license must be taken with you on the fishing trip and presented to a fishing supervisor upon request. A control fee will be charged for violations of the association's fishing rules. When more than one person is fishing from the same boat, a fishing license is required for each person or a valid annual license for the boat operator in combination with the additional boat license.

Allowed methods

- Spinning, fly fishing, ice fishing
- Trolling, drag rowing with a maximum of 6 rods per boat
- Fishing, angel fishing, ice fishing with a maximum of 10 rods
- Longlines with a maximum of 100 hooks

Inspection fee for violation: SEK 500

Other fishing rules

- Fishing in running water is not permitted.
- Fishing for trout is not permitted during the period October 1 - March 31
- Minimum size for trout is 45 cm

Inspection fee for violation: SEK 2,000.

Persons under 15 years of age are allowed to fish without a fishing license.

To increase enjoyment, consideration should be given to residents around the lake and it goes without saying that landowners should be consulted before fishing from the shore and piers.
We should also remember that it is not a right, but a privilege to be able to fish and stay on and around our lakes, and to behave accordingly.
